Welcome to Kamille (“Kamille,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kamille website, application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using Kamille, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About Kamille

Kamille is a software tool designed to help makers and wholesale brands manage customer relationships, track reorder timing, and support follow-up and outreach. Kamille provides insights and tools — it does not place orders, send emails automatically, or make decisions on your behalf.

Kamille is currently offered as part of a beta program, and features may change over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Kamille. By using the Service, you represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

3. Accounts

To use Kamille, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Keep your login credentials secure

  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Integrations (QuickBooks & Email)

QuickBooks Online

If you connect Kamille to QuickBooks Online, you authorize Kamille to access your data on a read-only basis. Kamille:

  • Imports customer and invoice data

  • Does not modify, create, or delete any data in QuickBooks

Email (Gmail / Google Workspace)

If you connect an email account:

  • Emails are sent only when you explicitly choose to send them

  • Kamille never sends emails automatically

  • You remain fully responsible for the content of any emails you send

Support for additional email providers may be added in the future.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you provide or connect to Kamille.

By using the Service, you grant Kamille permission to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We will not sell your data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Kamille to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages

  • Violate any laws or regulations

  • Infringe on the rights of others

  • Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Beta Disclaimer

Kamille is currently in beta. This means:

  • Features may be incomplete or change

  • Bugs or errors may occur

  • Data accuracy depends on connected systems

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

8. No Guarantees

Kamille provides tools and insights to support your wholesale workflow, but we do not guarantee outcomes, including increased revenue, reorder rates, or business performance.

You are responsible for how you use the information provided by the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using Kamille at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kamille shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits or revenue

  • Business interruptions

  • Data loss caused by third-party integrations

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the prior 12 months.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of Kamille after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
